No, you don’t. We will ease you into the discipline of Kung Fu training and the initial exercises. Regardless of your fitness level, once you begin training, you’ll start to get in shape and feel immediate, positive results. Getting started in our classes is the best way to start losing weight. As you continue your training, maintaining your ideal weight will be much easier.
A: We have students from ages 5 to 65 training in their respective classes. Regardless of your age, the training will make you feel great. It’s an excellent way to improve your overall health, not to mention the benefit of learning how to protect yourself.
A: Not at all! You’ll find our classes to be fun, exciting and rewarding. Our instructors will guide you through our step-by-step curriculum of belt levels and help you achieve your personal goals.

Greg and his son are great with the kids! Very happy we started taking our boys (9 and 11) for the martial arts class. It’s a ton of fun for them, but also a very active environment, and each and every kid (class is normally around 12 kids) gets attention and focus!

Put your children in this martial arts class now!!! It is a TON of fun. My kids (age 7 and 6, one girl and one boy) absolutely adore this place. Greg is sooo wonderful with the kids and you cannot beat the costs as far as extracirricular activities go. I love how family oriented this place is as well. It's a pleasure to watch the class and you get TWO classes per week for the price you pay. We hope to be here for many years to come and continue benefitting from this positive atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The Tai Chi program here is really great for anyone who wants to get started in an exercise program without overdoing it. It's easy on my joints and is a great way to relieve stress while allowing me to get into shape. The instructor is great with his clients, and will adjust movements to suit a person's skill level and abilities.
